David Moyes has landed a new job after his recent departure from West Ham United, according to Henry Winter.
The journalist reported via his personal X account on Thursday (22 August) that Moyes will work as a technical observer at UEFA games.

Moyes will go down as one of the great West Ham managers – an accolade automatically awarded to anyone who guides the club to silverware.
The Scotsman split the fanbase in his final six months or so in charge, with it getting to the point in which it felt there was no choice but to leave.
Now the dust has settled on that decision, a line can be drawn under his ultimately successful tenure – even if some have reservations over the style of play.
Julen Lopetegui is now the man in charge and he has the full backing of the fanbase, albeit his reign got off to a disappointing start last weekend.
Moyes has done some work as a pundit during the summer, covering Euro 2024 for BBC, and he is now going in a different direction.
This seems like a nice role for the 61-year-old to take on, but you can rest assured he will be back in a Premier League dugout in no time.

Indeed, the first job that becomes vacant, likely a month or so from now, Moyes’ name will be at the very top in terms of the favourites.
Hopefully it’s not at the expense of West Ham, but it will be great to see Moyes succeed at another club after what he did for the Irons.
