Newcastle United kept up their winning ways with a 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in North London on Saturday afternoon.
Alexander Isak continued his goal-scoring form too as everything is just clicking for Eddie Howe’s side lately.
Newcastle are back in the race for Champions League football which could be awarded to the team finishing fifth this season, however, Newcastle look on course for a fourth-place finish just to ensure they enter Europe’s top competition.
There is, of course, a long way to go yet, but Sandro Tonali’s words on Instagram yesterday say it all.

Sandro Tonali is up for the task ahead
Sandro Tonali has his teeth in and he’s ready to bite
The Italian midfielder clearly doesn’t seem to be pining for a return to Italy based on what he said on Instagram. This man has a job to do and he is set on doing it.
“It’s crunch time now and we are hungry!”
Sandro Tonali is channelling his inner Cookie Monster and is ready to tear up the Premier League for the rest of the campaign.
Confidence is hit, repeat, confidence is high
After beating Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in back-to-back away games, the lads must be feeling invincible right now.
It doesn’t matter that both teams are in the middle of some shocking form, Newcastle still had to do the job and they did it well on both occasions.
Wolverhampton Wanderers, whose form has picked up lately, are Newcastle’s next Premier League opponents, but before then, there’s the small matter of a Carabao Cup semi-final first leg against Arsenal and an FA Cup tie against Bromley.
