West Ham United are in dire need of a centre-forward to lead their line following some major injury setbacks over the past month.

The Irons are scouring the market for a new striker, and according to the Evening Standard, their radar has landed on Fulham star Rodrigo Muniz.
Behind Raul Jimenez in the pecking order, Muniz is open to leaving Craven Cottage for playing time. Per the report, interest in the Brazilian centre-forward dates back to the Julen Lopetegui era.
Muniz caught the eye towards the end of last season, bagging eight goals in eight matches. Teammate and fellow Brazilian Willian tipped the former Flamengo star to become one of the best strikers in the Premier League.
His hot streak has since cooled off, and he has struggled to get a look in behind the in-form Jimenez. However, he is still a noteworthy option.
The 23-year-old is one of many centre-forwards linked to West Ham this winter window. One of the most exciting names being thrown around is Brighton & Hove Albion star Evan Ferguson.
Potter knows all about his qualities from their time together. He would be quite the coup for the Irons, considering his fantastic 2022/23 campaign.
Ferguson has been in a slump since due to injuries, but in east London, he can find his groove and help the Hammers’ bid to climb into the top half of the table.
Marseille man Elye Wahi has also been linked after struggling to adapt to Roberto De Zerbi’s tactics. He is one to watch, considering there was strong interest from the Hammers in his services before he moved to Marseille.
Another striker the rumour mill has thrown in the mix is Nottingham Forest Nigerian international Taiwo Awoniyi. The bullish centre-forward is behind in-form Chris Woods and might consider a switch to West Ham.
