In most of those cases, it should not make much of a difference to the Hoops, as they are not an integral part of the squad. But then, there are a few who have made a positive impact but could leave despite that.

It would make sense for someone like Nawrocki to leave the club in the summer transfer window. There is no doubt that he has talent, as he showed in his two performances recently.
But for one reason or the other, Brendan Rodgers appears to believe that he has better options at centre-back. As a result, the Polish youngster has not gotten too many chances to show that what he is capable of.
Overall, he has made just four appearances this season. That is not enough for a 24-year-old, who needs to be playing regular football at this point in his career to grow.
Some things are just not meant to work out and that seems to be the case with Nawrocki and Celtic. It might be best for both parties to part ways in the summer.
