Everton have been offered the chance to sign AC Milan forward Samuel Chukwueze, according to Calciomercato.
The Italian news outlet reported via its website (30 January) that the Serie A outfit has touted the forward’s services to sides across Europe as the transfer deadline approaches.
While the Rossoneri are merely examining the extent of interest in Chukwueze, the Toffees were “crazy” about the forward during his time at Villareal [Mundo Deportivo].
That interest has followed Chukwueze to Italy, with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting on 16 October that the Blues will finally move amid his £11.7million asking price.

Although Chukwueze’s form in Serie A has left a lot to be desired, his profile is precisely what David Moyes should be targeting at Everton.
The 25-year-old notched 37 goals and 31 assists across 207 appearances for Villarreal, thus earning him a big-money move to AC Milan.
He has since struggled with consistent form in Italy, and after two years, Sergio Conceicao has wasted no time since his arrival, informing the Nigerian he is surplus to requirements.
With a relatively low cost and a proven track record in La Liga for consistent goal involvement, Moyes cannot afford to miss this opportunity, especially with his services available also to Tottenham, Newcastle United, and Crystal Palace.
