A number of years have now passed since Anthony Gordon left Everton for Newcastle United.
But the England international remains a talking point on Merseyside following his big-money move to the north east.
Gordon has had a lot to say since leaving Everton for the Toon with his ties to the Toffees questioned.
In a recent meeting, Gordon missed a penalty against Everton at Goodison Park with the winger left red faced.
That is not the only time he has been left red-faced recently with Gordon approving a move to Liverpool over the summer.
Although nothing came of the interest from the Reds, the winger has once again discussed his allegiances on Merseyside.

Anthony Gordon’s family wanted him to lose in Everton vs Liverpool
Since leaving Goodison, Gordon has praised Liverpool with interest from the Reds lingering in the background.
The 23-year-old joined Everton’s academy all the way back in 2012, but he has now admitted all of his family are Liverpool supporters.
And in a shocking revelation, Gordon admitted his family wanted him to lose in the Merseyside Derby when the two sides faced off.
“I have no family members who support Everton. Not one – they’re all Liverpool,” Gordon said on A League of their Own.
“I was at Liverpool and they released me when I was 11. And then Everton signed me.”
“As long as we lost, they were alright. They were like: ‘If you score, great, but we want you to lose still,” Gordon replied on how his family felt about him playing in blue.
“All my family are really bitter Liverpool fans.”
Since leaving Everton, Gordon has been valued at £100m, but he has not done any relations back at Goodison any favours.
The winger has regularly name-checked Liverpool during interviews as he has refused to rule out the possibility of joining Everton’s rivals in the future.

It has been a fractured relationship since the winger left with Everton fans mocking Gordon when he missed the penalty earlier in the season.
The 23-year-old has certainly not done himself any favours with some of the things he has said since leaving.
It was suggested he was an Everton fan as he represented the Blues from such a young age, but questions clearly remain over that.
Gordon predicted Liverpool to win the league earlier in the season, fresh off a summer of transfer speculation.
Although he has just signed a new contract at Newcastle, it has felt as if he has been doing the PR work to set him up for a move to Liverpool.
