Everton secured another crucial three points with victory over Crystal Palace last time out, with their final Premier League position predicted by a supercomputer.
Off the back of the 2-1 win against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, the Toffees appear to be well on their way to achieving their ultimate goal of Premier League survival.
David Moyes has been the main catalyst behind that revival, with Everton finding a new lease of life under his stewardship and all the signs are pointing in the right direction.
The Merseysiders now have a 13-point cushion on the bottom three heading into the final 13 games of the season.
Everton all but safe in Premier League
With survival as the main aim, the Toffees look set to achieve that based on the latest league table forecasts courtesy of Opta Analyst (17 February).
Moyes‘ side are predicted to finish 15th on 45 points, with just a 0.12 per cent chance of succumbing to relegation.
Man United are predicted to finish just one point above the Toffees, who are forecasted to be 18 points clear of the drop zone come the end of the campaign.
Everton simply just need to keep finding ways to win games and accumulate points before having a real chance to kick on and make some serious progress from the summer onwards.
Moyes has been the perfect fit for Everton
Given the dismal season Everton were enduring under Sean Dyche, very few would have anticipated Moyes coming in and making such an impact in a short space of time.

However, that is what he has done and as a result, the Toffees can all but start preparing for another season in the Premier League while keeping an eye on their long-term future.
Some serious investment will be needed in the summer and, if done correctly, the Merseysiders can have an excellent future at Bramley-Moore Dock.
