The Boot Room are reporting that Newcastle will go up against West Ham, Fulham, Everton, Nottingham Forest and Leeds United should they get promoted.
That gives Abraham plenty of options should the rumours of his want to return to England ring true, but where he features on Newcastle’s priority list will likely dictate how proactive Newcastle will be.
Abraham moved to Roma for £34 million in 2021 but there’s no indication of what it may cost to bring him home. It’s possibly one to keep an eye on, but we expect there’ll be several other players ahead of him on Newcastle’s list.
Several options have been named over past 12 months, one of which is former Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham who is now playing for AC Milan on loan from Roma.
It’s unlikely that Milan will make Abraham’s move a permanent one in the summer and it’s widely reported that Abraham wants a return to the Premier League with a view to impressing Thomas Tuchel and getting himself back into the England team.
Abraham has 11 England caps, but his last appearance for The Three Lions was in September 2022.
