Paul Merson has given his score prediction ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s clash against Ipswich Town this weekend in the Premier League.
Tottenham Hotspur will be hoping to make it three wins on the bounce for the first time this season in the Premier League.
Standing in their way, is Kieran Mckenna’s Ipswich Town who defeated the Lilywhites in the reverse fixture, and held Unai Emery’s Aston Villa to a 1-1 draw in their last League clash.
Although a victory will not take Ange Postecoglou’s men any higher than 12th in the Premier League table, a victory for the Tractor Boys will see them move out of the drop zone should results elsewhere go their way.
Writing ahead of the clash, Paul Merson has now given his score prediction for this game. The former Arsenal man believes that the spoils will be shared at Portman Road.
He told Sportskeeda: “Tottenham beating Manchester United and getting a few of their players back from injury makes this a really difficult game for Ipswich. I still think this will be highly entertaining and I’m backing both teams to score goals.
“Ipswich got a brilliant result away from home against Aston Villa last weekend. They were reduced to 10 men and still got the lead in that game before conceding in a 1-1 draw.
