Everton keen to offer Idrissa Gueye new contract
According to Graeme Bailey [via Everton News, 1 March], Everton are keen to offer Gueye fresh terms with the club.

The 35-year-old is one of a host of players who is out of contract at the end of the season.

And ex-Goodison scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Goodison News – has suggested how long of a deal Gueye could be offered by the Toffees.

“They will offer him a one-year extension,” King said.

“That is all I can see for him really, an extra year perhaps with the option for another year. That would take him to 37 years old. However, you can’t beat experience, and this is a very experienced player.
