It has not been the move to Merseyside which Everton striker Armando Broja would have hoped for last summer.
Everton’s attack has shown some positive signs over recent weeks, with the Blues looking a much more dangerous outfit.
Beto has really impressed under David Moyes, as the Portuguese striker has finally been handed regular minutes in the starting XI.
That has not been the case all season, though.
Under Sean Dyche, Everton really struggled going forward and, even under Moyes, there have been plenty of issues.
Everton landed Broja on loan from Chelsea over the summer, but the Albania international has endured nothing but injury frustration on Merseyside.
And there may be even more bad news emerging for the 23-year-old.

Armando Broja has returned to Everton training
Ironically, there has been some positive news for the Albanian as Broja has made a return to Everton training over recent days.
The striker has been spotted taking part in light work during Everton’s warm-weather training camp in Abu Dhabi.
It has been nothing short of a disastrous season for Broja who has barely played any football whatsoever.

Everton tried to return Broja to Chelsea over the January transfer window after he suffered his latest injury in the FA Cup.
There were many inside Everton who were excited about Broja and what he had to offer in the early stages of the season.
He is now left with just 11 games to potentially stake a claim for a permanent move in the summer.

Youssef Chermiti could end Broja’s hopes of Everton future
Along with Broja, Youssef Chermit has also made his return to Everton training recently after an injury-riddled season.
However, recent footage released from Everton training does not look overly promising for Broja.
The Albanian can be seen only participating in off-ball work, with Chermiti fully involved in the on-field action.
Not only is Chermiti involved with the team, but he is also seen impressing the coaches with a neat turn and cross, which caught the eye.
Considering Broja is only on loan until the end of the season – and Chermiti is ahead in the recovery process – this does not stack up well for the Albanian.
Broja’s time at Everton could well peter out as the Toffees will surely now look to hand any potential spare minutes to their 20-year-old prospect.
