It followed Dan Burn’s opener as the Magpies won 2-1 to secure their first major domestic trophy for 70 years.
Despite the result, Virgil van Dijk showed his class following the full-time whistle.
The Reds captain shook the hand of every Newcastle player before allowing them to celebrate their victory.
New footage has now emerged showing his interaction with Isak on the pitch at Wembley.

After embracing, Isak appeared to say something to the Dutch defender.
Van Dijk then turns to reply before walking away from his opponent.
Liverpool fans are convinced their skipper was attempting to secure the services of the Swedish striker for next season.
Reacting on social media, one supporter wrote: “Agent Van Dijk and Isak.”
Another fan also joked: “‘See you at AXA (Liverpool’s training ground) next season.'”
Isak has been linked with both Liverpool and Arsenal in recent weeks after another impressive season at St. James’ Park.

The 25-year-old has scored 19 goals in 25 Premier League appearances this term, but still has three years remaining on his contract.
Meanwhile, Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler has urged his former club to move for Isak in the summer.
Fowler told talkSPORT’s Alex Crook: “I’m sure Liverpool will be getting linked to Isak.
“I’m sure Newcastle will want to give him a new contract because of the goals and performances, so it will be an interesting summer.”
However, Isak might not be joining Van Dijk on Merseyside if he does make the move with the centre-back’s own future still uncertain.
Van Dijk’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season with an extension to the deal he signed in 2021 yet to be agreed.
