Carlos Alcaraz has impressed since arriving on loan at Everton during the winter transfer window.
Alcaraz was signed by Everton with an obligation to buy if certain conditions were met, and has thrived under David Moyes and the club hierarchy already.
The Argentine midfielder was signed to provide some much-needed depth in the midfield area, scoring the winner against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
Shining in the Premier League comes with its dangers, though, with other clubs taking note.

Because of previous PSR issues, the Toffees could only sign Alcaraz on a loan.
The loan deal will become permanent if the Argentine midfielder starts six games and plays 45 minutes in six other games.
If this appearance clause is met, the Merseysiders will pay £15 million to Flamengo in the summer. With Alcaraz impressing at Goodison Park, Moyes is convinced that he will continue at Everton.
In fact, the player himself is hoping to continue his career in England. The 22-year-old previously plied his trade with Southampton before leaving for Flamengo last summer.

With Everton yet to sign Alcaraz permanently, Flamengo technical director Jose Boto has warned the Toffees that the Brazilian club have had enquiries for the midfielder already.
Speaking via Torcida Flamengo, he said: “I can’t predict the future, but I’m convinced he’ll stay in England.
“Either at Everton or at another club, because we’ve had enquiries from other clubs since he arrived in England. He’s an excellent player for that type of game. I think it’s unlikely he’ll return to Flamengo, because he’ll certainly have a market in the Premier League.”
Alcaraz could be the Doucoure replacement at Everton
The 22-year-old is capable of playing in attacking midfield and gets into great positions in the final third with ease, as seen during Everton’s win over Crystal Palace.
In the game against Palace, Alcaraz played behind the striker and managed to score as well as assist, and with Abdoulaye Doucoure leaving at the end of the season, he could become the perfect replacement.
While Doucoure is a workhorse, Alcaraz moves with elegance, but at the same time, he is not afraid to do the dirty work in the midfield.
With the former Southampton man available for £15 million, the Toffees should not waste time and sign Alcaraz because he has all the traits to succeed as Doucoure’s replacement.
