Moyes has been working on improving Everton’s attacking threat and it’s paying dividends for O’Brien, who has netted twice this year.
However, he won’t be impressed with what Senegal’s media have said about Idrissa Gana Gueye after his performance in a 0-0 draw against Sudan.

Since returning to Everton for a second spell in January, Moyes has placed great emphasis on improving attacking patterns.
The Scotsman wants to move away from Sean Dyche’s pragmatic tactics and has been implementing possession-based drills in training.
So, Moyes won’t be too pleased about what Senegal’s media are saying about Idrissa Gana Gueye, as they criticized his ball retention during a goalless draw against Sudan.
“The Everton midfielder played his ball-winning role seriously, but lacked precision in his attacking choices,” Seneweb wrote.
“While he was valuable in winning back the ball, his impact in attacking remained insufficient. Even though he touched the ball a lot, Gana failed to be decisive on the offensive front.”
They gave him a 5/10 match rating, which was one of the lowest scores across the board.
David Moyes has a key decision to make with Gueye
The veteran midfielder is a true fan favourite but, as it stands, he is set to leave the club on a free transfer this summer.
Gueye’s contract at Goodison Park expires at the end of June and there’s been no talk of extending his deal.
It’s thought once safety is mathematically secure, then the Friedkin Group will be able to dish out new deals as the budget will become a lot clearer.
