After scoring for Newcastle United at Wembley in the Carabao Cup final, Alexander Isak had to cut his celebrations short to join up with the Sweden national team.

Alexander Isak is one of 14 Newcastle players on international duty this month, and his time away from Tyneside started terribly.
Sweden suffered a shock defeat to Luxembourg in their first friendly of the week and Isak was slammed by Swedish media for his performance.

Following his disappointing display against Luxembourg, Isak put on a much better showing against Northern Ireland on Monday evening.
Sweden won 5-1 against Northern Ireland, with Isak scoring the fourth before Newcastle target Anthony Elanga rounded off the win.
After the full-time whistle, Swedish media gave their verdict on Isak’s display.
Swedish outlet Svenskafans gave Isak a 4/5 rating – the joint-highest of any player.
They spotted that Isak was “extremely eager to play and wanted revenge” and added: “Player of the match. Was incredibly active in the game.”
Fotboll Skanalen gave Isak a 3/5 rating and praised him for his “classy finish”.
