Mohammed Kudus will block any move to the Saudi Pro League this summer despite ongoing speculation that he could leave West Ham.
Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider’s Inside Track podcast, senior correspondent Pete O’Rourke revealed what his sources have told him about the 24-year-old’s future.
Kudus’ contract at the London Stadium is set to run until 2028 and contains a £75million release clause, but the Hammers could let him go for less.
Former Hammers scout Mick Brown told Football Insider on 20 May that West Ham will listen to offers for Kudus as they do not expect his release clause to be met.
Graham Potter is prepared to let the Ghana international leave this summer to boost his transfer kitty and keep the club in line with financial regulations.
This comes amid interest from the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal, as Kudus believes he still has a lot to offer on the European stage.

West Ham to accept Mohammed Kudus offer after Saudi twist
Football Insider exclusively revealed on 30 May that Kudus is not interested in the Saudi move amid interest from the likes of Newcastle this summer.
Premier League clubs are hopeful of securing deals for below his lofty release clause and are believed to be plotting potential swoops behind the scenes.
O’Rourke revealed that the forward will be allowed to leave the London Stadium if the price suits the Hammers, but as things stand he will not join the Saudi Pro League.
“He has a release clause in his contract, Kudus, of around £75million,” he told Football Insider.
“I don’t think many clubs in the Premier League will be willing to spend that.
“Due to West Ham’s current situation, his suitors feel they can get him for a cheaper fee than that.
“He’s under contract at the London Stadium until 2028, but at the moment it feels like West Ham are willing to sacrifice Kudus to keep them in line with FFP.
“That would then allow Graham Potter more manoeuvrability in the transfer market.
“They’ll definitely be willing to listen to offers for the Ghana international.
“There has been a lot of rumours of interest from the Saudi Pro League, but I understand he’s not overly keen on that move, he feels he has enough to offer in European scene.”

Tammy Abraham update emerges at the London Stadium
Alongside speculation about possible departures from the London Stadium, Potter’s side are also planning to strengthen in key areas this summer.
Brown told Football Insider on 27 May that West Ham are eyeing Roma star Tammy Abraham as one of their options to strengthen up front.
The Hammers have had scouts keeping an eye on his performances on loan at AC Milan and have now joined a number of Premier League sides interested in him.
Meanwhile, Brown told Football Insider on 4 March that Abraham is keen to return to England amid interest from Leeds, and a cut-price deal could be on the cards.
