Greg Taylor’s Brilliant Sunday Night Celtic Post

Greg Taylor took to social media after Celtic’s 5-0 win over St Johnstone at Hampden, sharing his thoughts on the result. Taylor, who has yet to sign a new deal at Celtic, with his current one set to expire at the end of the season, continues to impress.

After a man-of-the-match performance last weekend, he followed up with a respectable one this afternoon. Reports emerged earlier this week that Celtic were back in talks with Taylor after they had previously stalled.

He certainly played his part against the Saints in another strong performance from Celtic, who are now well on track to secure a domestic treble.

It was a great day at Hampden for Celtic and Taylor; it arguably couldn’t have gone any better in a huge win to book a place in next month’s Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen.

Celtic look a transformed team with Taylor in the starting XI in recent weeks. His link-up with Daizen Maeda has been a pleasure to watch.

Taylor has arguably forced Celtic into reconsidering letting him go at the end of the season, as his absence has shown they are not the same team without him.

It will be interesting to see if Taylor ends up staying, but for the time being, he looks desperate to give his all in every game in an aim to win a domestic treble.
