Celtic have released a new statement this afternoon, further addressing the controversial events surrounding the Glasgow Derby on March 16, when members of the Green Brigade and other fans were denied access to the game and held for hours without access to basic facilities.
The Hoops have further urged those involved to report what they experienced so that the club can contribute to discussions with Police Scotland.
Fairhurst will gather and assess feedback from supporters impacted by the incidents, creating a clear and organised process that will ultimately inform further discussions with the relevant authorities.
Celtic previously reiterated that they were not involved in the policing decisions made outside the stadium, but recognised that many supporters looked to the club for clarity and answers.
The dedicated email address for supporters to share their experience with the independent inquiry, which is 160325feedback@fairhurst.co.uk.
The club statement read:
Further to our recent communication, we have been engaging with Fairhurst, our independent safety and event consultants to review concerns voiced to the club on events involving Celtic supporters, Celtic supporters’ slubs and buses, and groups, which took place away from Celtic Park on March 16, 2025.
As we said before, the Club has been engaging in discussions with Celtic supporters, supporters’ associations, clubs and groups, and Police Scotland, to understand these events and the circumstances in which they took place.
To inform this process, we have asked Fairhurst to collate and review the feedback on supporter experiences received by the Club. Fairhurst has already offered an opportunity for others who were present to provide feedback on the events.
In order for Fairhurst to progress this review, we would like to inform anyone wishing to provide feedback that they should contact Fairhurst by Monday, April 28, 2025.

With Jeanette Findlay having criticised the incident at the time, Celtic are currently investigating the full details of what occurred before determining the appropriate course of action.
Findlay was strong in her criticism of the treatment of Celtic supporters involved, with none of them being able to watch the game in person that day, despite having tickets for the match.
