Spurs are expected to listen to offers for the Brazilian who has failed to impress in N17 with injuries hindering his playing time.
Tottenham are said to value Richarlison at £40m after spending an initial £60m on him in 2022.
However, there is another twist in the tale, which may force Everton to play on the sentiment of a return if they are going to land him this summer.
Moyes would be keen to sign Richarlison, but there needs to be a desire there from the player to return.

After three baron years at Tottenham, Richarlison is now keen to join a side where he could compete to win trophies.
