Celtic secured the Scottish Premiership title on April 26 after thrashing Dundee United 5-1 at Tannadice.
And after the game, Hoops manager Brendan Rodgers was interviewed by Sky Sports on the pitch to reflect on yet another league success, his fourth in total for Celtic.
Chris Sutton was on punditry duty for the TV broadcaster that afternoon and you may remember him asking Rodgers about Greg Taylor’s future.
Taylor is out of contract in the summer and Sutton is desperate for the left-back to stay, warning the grass may not be as green on the other side.
Rodgers reiterated his wish for Taylor to remain at Celtic, despite being the driving force behind the pending return of Kieran Tierney.

That answer clearly wasn’t enough for Sutton, who once again asked Rodgers about Taylor after Celtic lifted the Scottish Premiership trophy at Parkhead.
A semi serious Sutton asked the Celtic manager: “And any news on Greg Taylor?”
Rodgers replied with a smile: “I’m sorry Chris, there’s not. I wish there was!”

What Rodgers actually said about Taylor’s future at Tannadice
Rodgers is repeating himself over and over when journalists and pundits keep asking him about Taylor’s future.
This is what the Northern Irishman had to say in the wake of Celtic’s 5-1 hammering of Dundee United: “Listen, I’ve spoken so many times about wanting to keep him and I think it’s really important that I have the strongest squad I can.
“So the opportunity came up to bring Kieran (Tierney) back who’s a top player. But I haven’t made it not clear about how important also Greg is.
“We’ve seen it with Jeffrey (Schlupp), he played in some games and was really good but the way the league is and how I sometimes like my teams to play, I need a full-back who can come on the inside, give us an overload.”
