Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy is set to leave the club at the end of the season, and presenter Richard Keys has claimed that he could be set to join a new side that will ’cause a real storm’.
Vardy’s departure from Leicester was recently confirmed, with the former England international signing off in style with a goal during their win over Ipswich Town at the weekend. The game marked his 500th appearance for the club, 13 years to the day after signing from Fleetwood Town.
It was also his 200th goal for The Foxes, making it an incredibly special moment with everything aligning. Vardy won’t feature in Leicester’s final game, meaning the aesthetically pleasing record will never change, summing up his fairy tale time at the King Power Stadium.

With Leicester being based in the Midlands, there’s a host of different clubs that Keys could be referring to. Despite being 38 years old, Vardy appears to be showing no signs of hanging up his boots, and it’s no surprise considering he’s still scoring goals in the Premier League.
Vardy has scored nine Premier League goals this season, which is an incredible achievement for a player of his age, especially playing in a struggling Leicester side who were relegated to the Championship a few weeks ago.
