Wolves fans will utterly adore what Pablo Sarabia has just admitted as Molineux exit is now confirmed

It’s official, Pablo Sarabia is to leave Wolves as a free agent.

There had been a lot of speculation in recent weeks about his future, and whether or not he would extend at the club.

Vitor Pereira recently hinted Sarabia could stay, admitting the Spaniard was a player he liked.

But seemingly the player is ready for a new chapter at the age of 33, and he will likely not be short of options ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Pablo Sarabia has had a very interesting spell at Wolves.

He arrived for just £4 million back in January 2023 and many felt that was a real bargain.

He’s struggled at times for consistency, but Sarabia has certainly enjoyed some superb moments in the old gold shirt, and seemingly, his time at the club has left a real mark on him.

Pablo Sarabia admits he’ll now support Wolves for the rest of his life

Sarabia was a player who could both dazzle and frustrate in equal measure.

There was never any denying his technical ability, but sometimes fans questioned his suitability to the English game.

But Sarabia has very much enjoyed his time at Wolves, even though he wasn’t always a regular starter.

The club have conducted a nice farewell interview with him, and the star has enjoyed himself so much that he says he will now support Wolves for the rest of his life.

He said: “I’m thankful for everything, for each moment of support. I feel them behind me every single time I try something. I try to work a lot, not just on the pitch, to help every single teammate, and I try to help the manager, and every single situation, the bad situations, the good situations, every single moment I’m behind the team and I think it is the most important.

“I expect that the people know it because with my commitment to the team, I always tried to do my best.

“Always I will be a supporter of Wolves. I wish the best for Wolves every single season. I’m going to support Wolves for all my life, because I’m very, very thankful.”

Sarabia will be missed by Wolves

He never truly set the world alight at Wolves, but Sarabia will be a miss nonetheless.

He was often a creative spark when Wolves were chasing games, and he was capable of providing moments of magic, such as against Tottenham Hotspur at Molineux last season and against Manchester United at Old Trafford only a few months ago.

It is lovely to hear that Sarabia genuinely enjoyed his time at Wolves.

That hasn’t necessarily always been obvious, but his comments clearly show he has been touched.
