Everton FC Fined £1.08million for Breaching Premier League Rules
Everton FC have accepted a series of sanctions from the Premier League for rule breaches related to kick-off and restart obligations. The Toffees have been fined £1.08million for nine rule breaches during the 2024/25 campaign.
The breaches occurred in nine separate matches, with delays to kick-offs and restarts without good reason. Everton have accepted the charges and apologized for the breaches.

– £60,000 for delaying kick-off vs Tottenham (A)
– £80,000 for delaying restart vs Nottingham Forest (A)
– £100,000 for delaying restart vs Crystal Palace (H)
– £125,000 for delaying kick-off & restart vs Man United (A)
– £125,000 for delaying restart vs Aston Villa (H)
– £150,000 for delaying restart vs West Ham (A)
– £210,000 for delaying restart vs Ipswich (H)
– £190,000 for delaying restart vs Newcastle (A)
Everton have also reminded players and staff of their responsibilities in complying with Rule L.33. The club are focused on improving their performance and adhering to Premier League regulations.
