Iliman Ndiaye injury update as ‘Serious’ news drops at Everton

Everton have been forced to cope without the services of Iliman Ndiaye for several weeks after his crushing injury blow.
The attacker was forced off in the final Goodison Merseyside Derby against Liverpool on 12 February and has been unavailable since.
Thankfully for David Moyes, his side have carried on their good form without their starman, although positive news has finally emerged.
Ndiaye injury reveal emerges at Everton
The Blues have certainly seen their form increase under the management of Moyes and now sit 15 points above the relegation zone having steadily picked up results.
The Toffees have lost just one Premier League game under the Scotsman and are now unbeaten in seven after the 1-1 draw at Brentford.
Nevertheless, the boss will be gutted to have Nidaye out on the sidelines through injury.
The 24-year-old had scored three goals in five games under the management of Moyes and everyone was hoping to see him build on this run given they were lacking at the top end of the pitch.
The Liverpool Echo have shared a new update on Ndiaye on 3 March, reporting that there is hope of “serious” progress being made in the coming weeks.

Before his injury, Nidaye had played all of Everton’s games this term, showing how much of a vital part he is at Goodison Park.

The 24-year-old has contributed six goals in what has been a difficult season for the Blues and you can only imagine that if Moyes keeps his side moving in a positive direction, he will surely bring the same levels and more going forward.
Therefore, the news that Ndiaye could be back sooner than initially imagined will be a massive boost with the Toffees looking to continue their strong form up until the end of the campaign.
Moyes is in a good position though where he doesn’t have to force his player back before he is truly ready given the Blues are looking very safe from the threat of relegation now.
As the Merseyside outfit prepares for a move to Bramley-Moor Dock and a new era, Ndiaye will surely have a massive part to play in that success.
