Leeds United genuinely have a chance of signing striker Lionel Messi tipped for stardom
Leeds United’s transfer window is almost in full swing, and a new target has appeared on their radar.
Daniel Farke and the 49ers will have been doing behind-the-scenes work after Leeds’ trophy parade, as transfers will now be becoming more clear.
Many names have already been linked with the Whites but one thing that is certain is that Farke will be heavily involved.
This could mean the Bundesliga gets traction along with many obscure leagues around Europe.
Well, going off this new target, this is certainly the case, and in Leeds’ mind, a deal can definitely be done.

Leeds United have a chance to sign Kasper Dolberg
With uncertainty over Leeds’ striker options in the Premier League, it comes as no surprise that new names are entering the frame.
Joel Piroe could return to PSV, but the Dutchman has also shown inconsistency despite an impressive 26 goal involvements last campaign.
Along with this factor, Mateo Joseph will enter talks with Real Betis as the young Spaniard could also be heading for the exit.

This now brings attention to a new target in Anderlecht’s Kasper Dolberg, who was known for his strong start at Ajax from a young age.
Voetbal Krant are reporting that the 27-year-old is the subject of interest from Leeds, but Anderlecht have put their foot down in terms of an asking price.
The Belgian side won’t negotiate his sale for ‘less than £12.6m’ as sporting director Olivier Renard aims for a higher fee.
It is believed that Farke’s side should be able to meet Anderlecht’s requirements to sign Dolberg, which does give a high chance of this signing happening.

Lionel Messi predicted Leeds target Dolberg for stardom
With the Dane now in his prime years over in Belgium, he has impressed over his two seasons with 33 league goals.
But the obvious matter is that the Belgian League’s competitiveness compared to the top flight of England is stark, proving there is a risk in this transfer for Leeds.
£100m+ will be spent this window so to sign a striker for just over £12.6m is good going, especially one with such a good goal record in his career so far.
Dolberg’s five highest goal-scoring seasons
1. Anderlecht (24/25) – 24 goals
2. Ajax (16/17) – 23 goals
3. Anderlecht (23/24) – 15 goals
4. Ajax (18/19) – 11 goals
5. Nice (19/20) – 11 goals
Being 27, the 16/17 season with Ajax certainly raises eyebrows, as a 19-year-old Dolberg took the European stage by storm.
This led to various top clubs interested in the youngster, but it also got the greatest footballer of all time in Lionel Messi, to include the Dane in his top 10 players for stardom in 2017 (Sportbible).
It doesn’t get much better than that, and although Dolberg dropped off, his rise is taking place once more, and a move to Leeds could make Messi’s pre
diction come true.
