Everton are in desperate need of Janaury reinforcements.
The Toffees have been below par this season and look set to be involved in a relegation battle come May.
Everton have struggled to find the back of the net as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto continue to misfire for Sean Dyche’s men.
Summer signing Armando Broja, who joined on a season-long loan from Chelsea, has been plagued by injury but is now back in the fold.
Broja will do well to earn a permanent move to Goodison Park as his option to buy is believed to stand at £30m.
So with that said, here are three signings Everton can realistically make that’d help to solve their goalscoring woes.
Three signings Everton can make in January
Tammy Abraham – AC Milan
Everton targetted Tammy Abraham in the summer before he completed a loan move from Roma to AC Milan.
Though, Abraham hasn’t featured as much as he would’ve hoped, so he could look to leave Milan in January.
It was widely reported that he was keen on returning to the Premier League in the summer, so a transfer to Everton could appeal to him.
Abraham would certainly be an upgrade on Calvert-Lewin and Beto.
Wilfried Gnonto – Leeds United
Everton have been tracking Wilfried Gnonto for some time and even lodged a £25m bid for him in August.
Leeds United rejected that approach as they wanted to hold out for £30m, which The Toffees were reluctant to pay
Gnonto, who has been capped 13 times by Italy, has registered eight goal contributions in the Championship this season and would be a fantastic January addition for Everton.
James McAtee – Manchester City
After two successful loan spells at Sheffield United, James McAtee was included in Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City squad this season.
Though his lack of game time suggests he could become available in January and a £20m price tag has been mooted.
The 2002-born playmaker has been likened to David Silva and his potential arrival on Merseyside would certainly add a new profile to Dyche’s squad.
McAtee would be an exciting addition and one that’d be music to the ears of the strikers.
