TICKET INFORMATION
Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.
Supporters who have ticketing issues should visit the Milburn Box Office, Collection point A, opposite turnstiles 75/76. Please be advised to bring photo ID when collecting duplicate tickets.

Supporters located in the visitors’ section have been issued with a digital ticket for this fixture.
Don’t forget to charge your phone before heading to St James’ Park. When preparing to enter the stadium, open the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app on your phone. It is advisable to ensure you do not have any bank or other contactless cards at the back of your phone case.
If you have multiple tickets attributed to the same fixture on one device, simply swipe left and right to switch between tickets when entering the stadium and scan each ticket individually to allow access to those in your party.
To gain access, hold your phone close to the contactless reader on top of the turnstile. The light will turn green for a valid adult ticket and amber for concessions or junior tickets.
If the light turns red, or you are unable to enter, a steward will be on hand at each turnstile to help with any issues.

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the Stadium to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

STADIUM INFORMATION
Visiting supporters’ seats are located in the upper tier (Level 7) of the North Stand. Also known as the Leazes End. Visiting supporters will access using turnstiles 89-94 which are open 90 minutes before kick-off.
The visiting supporters’ section is on level 7, with 140 stairs and 14 landings on the way up to your seat. If you would like to use a lift, please speak with the nearest steward at the turnstiles who will be happy to direct you to the nearest one.
Contactless payments are encouraged at kiosks in the concourse. Cash is accepted at a limited number of locations. There is a Barclays ATM at the Southwest corner of St. James’ Park. A free-to-use cash machine is also located at the Tesco Express store directly opposite the stadium on Barrack Road.
A variety of food and drink options are available to purchase in the concourses.
Please be aware body and bag searches will be carried out upon entry to the stadium.
Flags and banners must be no larger than 150cm in depth and 250cm in width. Banners and flags must not obstruct the view of others, cover advertising signs or cause a safety hazard. Banners and flags must not display any abusive or threatening words, images, political statements or be deemed unacceptable. Flag poles are not allowed. All banners and flags must carry a Fire Safety Certificate.
ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION
Accessible seating and wheelchair bays are located on level 7. There are accessible toilets and changing facilities available. Please speak to one of the stewards should you need to access them.
Entrance to the lift is opposite turnstile 94.
St. James’ Park concourses offer all the conveniences you would expect, including multiple accessible toilets and two Changing Places facilities. These facilities can be opened with a radar key. Please contact your nearest steward for assistance.
There is limited car parking available. You can contact Newcastle in advance via the dedicated operations telephone line 0191 201 8688 to book a place.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Please be advised to check all travel routes prior to travelling to the game due to any unforeseen travel circumstances.
Please note, due to construction work taking place on the Tyne bridge this has resulted in road works for those entering Newcastle from the South, Heavy congestion is expected on the Quayside route, Swing Bridge and routes to and from Redheugh Bridge and all approaches to the Tyne Bridge from both Newcastle and Gateshead sides. Please check the dedicated website for up-to-date information.

The stadium is in close proximity to the A167(M) and the following main roads:
From North: A1 and A696
From West: A69
From South: A184 via A1(M)
From South West: A184 via A692 and A68
Parking: There are no public car parks on event days at St. James’ Park and traffic restrictions may be in place.

Newcastle operates a park and ride system from two sites close to the A1 motorway from Newcastle Great Park (close to the Newcastle Racecourse) and the Metrocentre; one of Europe’s biggest shopping centres.

Rail: Situated on the East Coast Mainline, Newcastle Central Station is a principal stop for services between London and Edinburgh/Glasgow. In addition to regional services, it also offers direct cross-country routes to and from Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bristol.
The station is a 10-minute walk from St. James’ Park, walk west along Neville Street (A186) and turn right onto St. James’ Boulevard. The stadium is located at the top of the road and will become visible as you reach the junction with Bath Lane/ Wellington Street.
FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT
Anti-Discrimination: Everton Football Club has a zero-tolerance stance on any discriminatory behaviour and language used to travel to, from or during the match. Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items is liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.
Pitch Encroachment: Encroachment on the playing surface is dangerous and any supporter who does access the pitch without permission will face strong sanctions that could include a ban from attending matches across the country. It is a criminal offence to enter the pitch and the real-life consequences for these actions have been felt by many with some fans receiving criminal records which can impact employment, education prospects and international travel.
Anti-Social or Criminal Behaviour on Concourses: We ask all fans to consider fellow supporters while on the concourses. Any anti-social behaviour, such as beer throwing, can result in ejection from the stadium, or, in the case of more serious incidents, arrest and a subsequent nationwide stadium ban.
The Club is compelled to work with the authorities to identify any individuals who take part in such unacceptable behaviour.
CCTV is available to clubs and law enforcement authorities and can be used as evidence in enforcing bans and criminal prosecution in the days and weeks after any incident has occurred, regardless of whether any perpetrators have been detained on a matchday or not.
