With the game developing day by day a new procedure is being introduced starting from the FA Cup fifth round.
All seven FA Cup matches taking place at Premier League stadiums will use ‘Semi-Automated Offside Technology’ as confirmed by the FA, PGMOL, and the Premier League.
It will be the first time it’s used in competitive matches in England, but you might think how it’s relevant to Everton.
With the Premier League remaining their only focus, Moyes will have to have his squad back in check, after the bedlem that took place at Goodison Park on Wednesday night.
It hasn’t been all smooth sailing for Moyes in his second tenure so far though, as the Toffees were knocked out of the FA Cup by Bournemouth, losing 2-0.
Moyes was fuming at James Tarkowski against Bournemouth showing how the defender has gone from zero to hero, but the Everton boss will be even more fuming after a recent revelation.
After Everton’s defeat to Bournemouth, an explanation is certainly needed.

Moyes and Everton fuming after Bournemouth controversy
Bournemouth did emerge as 2-0 winners against Everton, but the Toffees were extremely unlucky to exit the competition.
This wasn’t only because Moyes’ side hit the woodwork an extraordinary three times, but another element came into the frame, no pun intended.
The Cherries opened the scoring through Antoine Semenyo from the spot, but there was controversy in the build-up.
Semenyo could’ve been offside before Tarkowski’s challenge and with no VAR in operation in the fourth round, the semi-automated technology being introduced will only add to Moyes’ fury.
A frustrating revelation for Everton, who may still feel like they deserve a place in the FA Cup.
