Mohammed Kudus looks likely to depart West Ham as the summer transfer window moves ever closer.
The Ghana international has seriously struggled this campaign to hit the same performance levels of his first year at the London Stadium.
This lack of form has continued under Graham Potter and could result in the 24-year-old departing East London at the end of the season.
Looking ahead to the summer, the Hammers could set their stall out early as they look to bring in a positive fee for their number 14.

The Irons will be keen on making plenty of alterations this season as Potter and David Sullivan look to work in tandem in the transfer market.
This could first require some departures from the London Stadium, with Kudus potentially set to be one of the first players out of the doors in E20.
The Hammers have been dealt a blow ahead of a potential sale as Arsenal looks set to end their interest after Andrea Berta’s introduction as director of football [Hammers.news, 4 April].

With that being said, former Leicester City and Brentford manager Allen believes £25million would be a positive fee for the Ghanaian.
“He’s flattered to deceive, in my opinion,” Allen exclusively told West Ham Zone.
“Three goals in 29 games is not good enough. Every eight games or so, he gets a goal. For that type of player, you need to get a bit more.
“It seems as if he wants to get out. He hasn’t been playing very well, and you’d have to question how much he is truly worth.
“I don’t think he could go to one of the big Champions League clubs, so where would he go? Who’s going to pay him what West Ham pay him?
“If West Ham could get £25m, I think they would be doing particularly well personally.“

It does feel as if Kudus has reached the end of the road at the London Stadium as Potter looks to alter the Hammers in his own image.
This has already seen Evan Ferguson come in from Brighton, and this sort of deal could be replicated in his first summer window in charge.
It will be interesting to see who the Englishman brings to East London in the coming months and how any additions will impact the side.
With that being said, it looks likely that Kudus is going to be the fall guy for these incoming deals, but it will be highly probable they demand much more than £25million, that’s
for sure.
