What an incredible achievement, Hoops!” It’s a classy touch from the La Liga side, who know a thing or two about strong club traditions and passionate support. Their own Europa League journey saw them end Rangers’ European hopes earlier this month, and they now find themselves preparing for a semi-final showdown as they chase European silverware while chasing Champions League football in their league. The two clubs have a great bond, with the side flying over for James Forrest’s testimonial a few years ago. Brendan Rodgers’ men have dominated domestically once again, with the league title wrapped up in commanding fashion following their 5-0 demolition of Dundee United at Tannadice. The Celts are now on the hunt for a treble. After defeating St Johnstone at Hampden Park last week, they will now face Aberdeen in the Scottish Cup final.
