Paradise is famed for leaving opposing players and coaching staff stunned by the incredible atmosphere it can create, especially on Champions League nights.
Some of the best players in the game have lauded Celtic Park and the fans that pack it out every week, including Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
And now, Marseille midfielder Adrien Rabiot is the latest top class European player to comment on how blown away he was by the stadium’s noise and supporters.
Adrien Rabiot wowed by Celtic Park atmosphere
On Rabiot’s last visit to Celtic Park, he played for PSG as the French giants won 5-0 in the Champions League group stage in September 2017.
And even though the Hoops were outclassed on the night, that did not deter the fans inside the stadium who sang their hearts out until the final whistle.
That is Rabiot’s lasting memory of the Celtic supporters. Speaking to CARRE, the Frenchman said: “With PSG, we played against Celtic Glasgow.
“We were winning 5-0, but the guys kept singing, it was incredible, I’d never seen that before. You know, it’s the emotions you experience, even though you’re the opposing team.
“Even my family was in the stadium, they still remember it, because it’s the things you experience. You say, the guys took 5-0, but they’re singing all over the stadium.
“So it’s things like that that mark me, but Marseille, I place it at the top.”

What Messi and Ronaldo said about Celtic Park
Arguably the two greatest footballers to ever exist, Messi and Ronaldo, have both experienced the best of Celtic Park on Champions League nights.
Ronaldo first came in November 2006 with Manchester United and said of the home support: “The Celtic fans are incredible. It is always great to play there.”
Messi went one step further and actually claimed that Parkhead is right at the top. The Argentinian said: “Celtic Park is the best atmosphere in Europe and we all want to experience that again.”
Messi visited the East End of Glasgow with Barcelona on a number of occasions, including that same season when Rabiot’s PSG came to town.
The magician scored twice that evening as Barcelona won 2-0 in the group stage of the Champions League.
